Adarsha College of Engineering(ACE) is one of the reputed institution for technical education and research in Eastern India. It has always been a most favoured talent hunting destination for corporate houses as it delivers industry ready students. Adarsha College of Engineering is located in the city of Angul, Odisha which is the place for many PSUs, Mining and Manufacturing companies. Training and Placement cell is an integral component of our college. The cell is well equipped with infrastructure in terms of classrooms, G.D. rooms for Placement Training, Seminars etc.

Pre-placement Training:

The cell arranges classes for students to sharpen their quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning abilities. Mock group discussion and personal interview sessions are held to broaden their stance.

Mr. Arun Kumar, (Manager, Heavy Water Projects, Talcher) is addressing the students on employment opportunities available in the department of Atomic Energy, GOI.

Seminar:

Training & Placement cell regularly conducts seminars, technical talks, symposia and workshops to create general awareness among the students regarding working of modern industries. It invites eminent engineers, professionals, bankers from established industries and Govt. offices.

Mr. Anil Johari, (GM, SBI, Odisha Circle), addressing the students on leadership challenges in the 21st century.

Internship & Projects:

Training and Placement cell encourages its students to work as interns in various organizations to gain practical knowledge in their respective fields because experience always adds a feather to the cap of success. Summer training programs are arranged for all branches and Vocational Training (VT) for Mining Engineering students at reputed industries like MCL, NALCO, NTPC,NCL,WCL,BCCL,SECL,OMC,JSPL, OPTCL, Bhushan Steel Ltd. and many more. B.Tech Mining students of our college sponsored by Board Of Practical Training (BOPT) are undergoing Post Graduate Practical Training(PGPT )in Eastern Coal Fields Ltd., Asansol.
